Cistercian Preparatory School seeks a faculty that understands and embraces the mission. They are passionate about learning. In fact, we expect each faculty member to earn at least a master's degree in the subject that he or she teaches. Cistercian faculty are also passionate about teaching . All faculty should be ready to teach in both the Middle and Upper Schools.
