Admissions Application

The application deadline for the 2012-2013 school year has passed, and all classes are full. The deadline was January 27. We are no longer accepting applications for entry in Fall 2012.

Future year applications for Form I – V (grades 5-9) will be accepted beginning in September 2012.

Cistercian is excited to have your son apply to our school. The application for the 2013-14 school year will be available in September 2012. Applications may be completed online, downloaded from our website or sent by mail.
